TIME ZONE ISSUE
MATCH SCHEDULE TIME ZONE ISSUE
Problem identified, steps to resolve are explained below
- The issue is with the "HOME TEAM" venue settings. Some venues when created were assigned a time zone other than Pacific Time. This resulted in the self-scheduled matches showing up with the saved time zone (Central time in example below) as opposed to the desired Pacific Time.
- The steps for the "HOME TEAM" to take to fix the problem are:
- In Gotsport, navigate to Venues (in left navigation menu).
- Check the time zone set for each Organization venue listed by clicking each listed venue and scrolling to the TIKME ZONE NAME field.
- If not listed as PACIFIC, this is the issue and the solution is to change to PACIFIC TIME (US& CANADA).
- Once changed to Pacific Time, scroll to the bottom of the page and select UPDATE ORGANIZATION VENUE.
- The changes to the settings has been saved and within 10 minutes, the scehdules will refresh and the times will be adjusted to show the Pacific Time zones for each scheduled match that was previously showing a different time zone.
